ABOUT THIS YOGA SESSION:A strong session focusing on exercises to work in to all parts of the body. Focusing on Asana (posture) alignment, holding the postures with the aim of building strength in your mind and body and take to whatever depth works for you and how your body feels to move, suitable for all levels with options to take the poses up or down a notch. A slightly vigorous session setting you up for the week ahead.
Once you’ve moved through 50 minutes of stretches and poses, you’ll be in an optimum place to let your body and mind soak up and absorb the 10 minute savasana, a meditative restorative pose, at the end.
* Emma aims to create a space where people can either come and try yoga for their first time, return to it after a break or develop a practice they already have.
