Join Stephie F., E-RYT 500 Kripalu Yoga facilitator, and special guests Lotus & Cozmo for this nurturing 75-minute experience that weaves together gentle movement, healing vibrations, and authentic connection. Experience the healing power of yoga and sound woven seamlessly together in this journey through the layers of your being. This unique practice combines a slow and mindful yoga flow with live sound healing, creating a deeply restorative practice for your body, mind, and spirit. Please bring a mat or towel and any props (i.e. pillows, blankets, etc.) that you may want to use for support. Blocks and yoga straps will be available for use. Cost is $50 per student, and you can pre register at the front desk or under the "Workshops" tab on our app. All levels welcome!
