75 minutes of movement, stillness, and soul connection
Join us for a deeply nourishing 75-minute experience that blends gentle yoga with a grounding sound meditation. Terri Battaglia will guide you through 50 minutes of mindful movement designed to open the body, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
For the meditation portion, you’ll have the special opportunity to select a crystal that resonates with you. You may choose to keep your crystal (available for purchase) or simply borrow it for the session—allowing its energy to support your practice.
We’ll then transition into a 20-minute sound meditation where you’ll be invited to rest in stillness as the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and the melodic tones of the panda drum wash over you—clearing energetic blocks and inviting a deeper state of peace.
Whether you're looking to release tension, reset your nervous system, or simply reconnect with yourself, this class offers a full-body, full-being reset.
All levels welcome. Please bring a mat, water, and anything you need to be comfortable during meditation.
