The workshop will begin with a gentle 10–15 minute guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and rhythmic drums. These healing vibrations help slow brain waves and guide you into a deeply meditative, restful state.
You will remain lying down in a comfortable position throughout the experience.
