Come and join me amongst the horses, ponies and beautiful views of Glenda Spooner Farm.We will begin with a 90 minute outdoor yoga class before the centre opens to the public.
Then a slow paced farm walk taking in the lake, further views of the beautiful countryside and the many equine residents. There's also plenty of wildlife to spot!
We will return to the on-site cafe for a selection of sandwiches and chips.
This morning will be an opportunity to take some much needed time for yourself, stretch out your body, connect with nature, get to know like minded people and leave feeling refreshed and happy
£22 per person includes yoga, meditation, access to farm walk and visitors centre, selection of sandwiches and chips for lunch and parking.
Bookings must be in advance and paid for at the time of booking. Non refundable if you do not attend.
