About this Event
Join us for a relaxing, women’s-only Yoga, Sauna & Plunge morning at Sauna and Plunge, London!
This is a wellness-focused social event designed to leave you feeling refreshed, restored and confident. The morning will include a 60-minute yoga session, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge, an invigorating combination for mind and body.
After your wellness experience, you’ll have the chance to socialise over refreshing drinks and light snacks. During the social, you can browse our exclusive pop-up shop, featuring swim and beachwear perfect for your upcoming getaways.
