Join world-renowned yoga teachers and founders of Prajna Yoga, Tias and Surya Little for a yoga retreat at The Falcon, Castle Ashby. The retreat includes six yoga classes across the long weekend, as well as accommodation, nourishing meals, and the option to add on a wild swimming session, a heritage walk across the grounds with Spenny Northampton, and an on-site forest bathing experience with Tracy Northampton.
