YOUR BASE
The charming village of Garndolbenmaen is an ideal gateway to the beautiful landscapes of Gwynedd and the rich cultural heritage of Wales. Just a short drive from Criccieth, Porthmadog, Portmeirion, Beddgelert, to name a few stunning places you could visit during the weekend. You stay at Nant Heddwch, a wellness centre set within the Snowdonia Mountains. There is a very tranquil and peaceful vibe at Nant Heddwch, They have 3 lounges, each with log burner, 2 large workrooms for classes, dining room, well equipped kitchen, private garden and ample street parking. They can accommodate up to 18 people in total but this group will be limited to 14. There are 7 bedrooms - 1 for every chakra! All but 2 have en suites. The 2 rooms with no en suite share the master bathroom. Green room: King size bed (sole occupancy / bed share) Red room: King size bed (sole occupancy / bed share) White room: King size bed + 2 single beds (triple occupancy) Yellow room: Triple (3 beds, shared bathroom) Orange room: Twin (2 beds, shared bathroom) Purple room: Sleeps 5 (5 beds) Blue room: Sleeps 4 (4 beds).
If you would like a room to yourself, the Green, Red or Orange rooms can be used for sole occupancy. This adds £50 to the overall cost, making it £350 for the 2 nights.

Friday:
Arrive from 3pm onwards Group chat, Sam and Ollie will get you acquainted with the space and Tania will go over the weekends activities.
5.00pm Hatha yoga class
7.00pm Dinner + group communication 9.00pm Yoga Nidra + relaxation
Saturday:
8.00am - Morning yoga flow + meditation 9.30am - Breakfast
11.00am - Walk along local trails Lunch will be provided with (you will take lunch with you on your walk)
5.00pm - Vinyasa yoga
7.00pm - Dinner + group communication 9.00pm Yoga Nidra + relaxation
Sunday:
8.00am - Morning yoga flow + meditation 9.30am - Breakfast
11.00am - Walk along local trails
1.30pm Lunch
3.00pm - Farewells and check out
