Yoga, Reservoir Recharge Wellness Weekend Series

This session will be led by Anthony Bowen from the YMCA. Expect a yoga session that focuses on breathing, strength, and flexibility. All levels are welcome to join.

The series is curated by Whitney Stringer PR & Wellness Events and offers a variety of free health and wellness sessions led by local fitness experts, studios and organizations.

What to bring: mat, comfortable clothing, water, sun protection (hats/sunscreen)
