Zenglish is a sound curator and music producer who creates ambient and downtempo music. His music allows the listeners to enter a dream like and meditative state. Inviting people to let go, relax, and tap into different aspects of their consciousness and subconscious mind.
Following the music, there will be an introduction to the SKY Breath Meditation program. Where you'll discover powerful techniques to calm your mind and elevate your energy through breath and meditation.
Yoga mats will be provided. However, feel free to bring your own and whatever else you need to feel comfortable! Come release, relax, and restore with us!
