Begin your day by nourishing your mind and body with a gentle morning yoga flow and meditation. Allow the sound of acoustic music to awaken every cell as you put your daily intention into motion.
Join us this Friday morning, as we come together in a beautiful spot in Zilker Park, for this acoustic morning yoga session.
📓 Journals are welcome but not required.
The secret Location will be revealed with registration for the event.

About your guides:
Kayla is both a student and teacher of yoga. She welcomes people of all levels to practice regardless of how extensive or limited their experience may be. She hopes to inspire a sense of inner calm and a union between body and mind that can translate from the mat to all areas of daily life. Yoga is a wonderful practice for both spiritual and physical health and restoration. Kayla is certified in yoga, reiki and aromatherapy and has been working as a special education teacher for 15 years. She has been practicing yoga for 25 years.
Will Taylor is a professional violinist and Austin music icon for over 27 years, jamming with folks such as Willie Nelson, Pearl Jam, Gary Clark Jr., Shawn Colvin, Shiny Ribs, Guy Forsyth, the Turtle Island String Quartet at Town Hall in New York City and so many more. Will is a lover of the outdoors and the magic of bringing people into nature for life-changing moments of connection and musical bliss. Will is an Austin Music Award winner, Best of Austin finalist, and award winning film composer for the film Protocol 7
