Yoga Plus: midwife-led 4-week course
Join us for a calming and empowering midwife-led course, thoughtfully designed to support you throughout your pregnancy journey. This course will help you build confidence for birth and enhance your overall well-being.
Course Details:
- Dates: Saturdays, October 11th, 18th, 25th, and November 1st 2025
- Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Location: Kingston Maternity Unit, Outpatients Department, Wellbeing Rooms (DSU/Mat Seminar)
- Instructor: Kat, an experienced midwife and yoga teacher, will guide you through each session, focusing on breath awareness, gentle flow, and relaxation.
Each session will include time to discuss your pregnancy and birth, as well as an opportunity to connect with fellow participants.We recommend attending this course in your second or third trimester.Yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water. You may also want to bring a snack with you.
