✨ We’ll begin by tracing the roots of Kundalini Yoga: its history, where it comes from, and how it spread across the globe.🎶 Dive deep into the experience and meaning of mantra - exploring why we chant, how we chant, and what the effects are.🌀 Learn what a kriya is and experience two foundational Kriyas: “A Basic Set” and the “Basic Spinal Series".📿 Much of what I’ll share was not read from search engines or digital texts—it was passed on to me through the timeless tradition of listening at the feet of a teacher. The information you will receive is directly from within the lineage of the himalayan mountains.

I hold a special place in my heart for the environment and animals.  I enjoy reading and discussions environment science news and policies. My favorite pass time is gathering around a fire, hanging out by the ocean and swimming is my with friends and family.

My yoga journey started in 2004. I took my first 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in 2007 at Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts. I taught Yoga through college.

In 2009 I found Kundalini Yoga and spent the next 3 years studying with Hari Dev Khalsa. From 2018 on, I took a number of training courses: ‘3 min Start’ with Mahan Kiran. 200 hr Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, Jap Ji, Naad, Cosmic Vision, Bardo and Alchemical Healing with Yogi Amandeep. ‘Supper Health’ with Mukta Kaur. 

The aim in every class is to enliven your inner intelligence. This awakening leads to healing and experiencing intuitive ease, peaceful contentment, self worth, and excellence in life.
