About this Event
We are excited to get to know you and grateful to help you expand your skills, knowledge, confidence and inspiration in sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with others. Yoga One has been training instructors to teach yoga since 2007. All of our trainings blend ancient yogic philosophy and mindfulness practices with modern asana and teaching techniques within a supportive welcoming like-minded community.
Our graduates have gone on to own or manage their own yoga studios (four right here in San Diego), lead yoga teacher trainings and retreats, as well as teaching in top yoga studios, gyms, corporations and with private clients.
All of Yoga One’s Teacher Trainings are affiliated with and MyCAA. We hope you will join us!
September 2024 – February 2025:

- 13 Weekends – Approximately 2 weekends per month. All holiday weekends off.
- For those who hold a 200-hour teaching certificate.
- 300-Hour Yoga One graduates may elect to register with Yoga Alliance at the 500-Hour level (RYT-500).
- Includes unlimited yoga during the course ($645 value) and opportunities to assist in Yoga One classes.
