Join us for the 14th season of Yoga on the Plaza! Every year we partner with the City of Round Rock to offer FREE, accessible, beginner-friendly yoga classes in downtown Round Rock from April through September!Where: Sharon Prete Main Street Plaza located in Downtown Round Rock.
What to bring: A yoga mat or large towel, sunscreen, and your water bottle.
What to expect: We teach yoga that is accessible, comfortable, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. You can use one of the chairs available at the Plaza if you prefer to do your yoga practice in a sitting position.
Why should I practice yoga? Regular yoga practice can help you improve your strength and flexibility, reduce your aches and pains, calm your nervous system, and improve your quality of sleep. It’s a gentle and comfortable way to improve the health of your body and mind.
