Join us for FREE Yoga on the Lawn at The Lights! This vinyasa style yoga class is open to all ages and abilities. Class will incorporate breathe to movement and some deeper stretches for a balanced practice that supports body and mind. Please bring a mat (or towel), water, and your sunglasses. We kindly ask for preregistration to properly plan and communicate any weather changes in they arise.
