You'll be guided by Tanya through a yoga practice suitable for all levels of yoga experience while we're bathed in the beautiful setting of the sun, and LIVE acoustic music by Jack Crawford Music. The most brilliant way to end the week and begin your weekend.
To finish, dinner is sorted with a nourishing bowl of Poha, a cup of Chai, and time to chat and enjoy each other's company while we finish watching the sun set.
