Join us for a grounding morning of community, nature, and movement at Wilson Springs Preserve—one of Northwest Arkansas’ most treasured natural spaces.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this all-levels session led by local yogi Lori Brownmiller will help you slow down, breathe deep, and connect with the land around you.
As you move through your practice, you’ll also learn how Northwest Arkansas Land Trust is working to protect special places like Wilson Springs—preserving critical habitat, water resources, and open space for generations to come. We’ll share simple ways you can be part of conserving the landscapes that make this region so unique.

Lori Brownmiller is a 500 RYT who has practiced yoga for over two decades and spent the last 10 years building and teaching community yoga across Northwest Arkansas. Her classes focus on alignment for your body, offering accessible variations for all experience levels.
