Becky is a seasoned leader in the fitness industry with over 25 years of experience inspiring and empowering others. From 2012 to 2020, she served as a Les Mills Trainer and Presenter, sharing her expertise on a global stage and impacting fitness communities around the world. Becky is the Group Fitness Manager at be Fitness in Delafield, where she leads with passion and dedication. She teaches all variations of fitness—including cardio, strength, and flexibility—making workouts accessible and engaging for all levels. Known for her infectious energy and genuine love for what she does, Becky brings enthusiasm and expert coaching to every class. Her ability to connect with participants and motivate them to reach their goals keeps members coming back for more.
