Yoga on the Field hosted by Big Table and Weidner Field

As part of Sober Week, this community-centered event invites restaurant and hospitality professionals to start their Monday with a grounding, all-levels yoga class in the heart of downtown at Weidner Field. A local instructor will lead the class and focuses on stress relief, mindfulness, and connection — a chance to reset and recharge in a supportive space.

No experience necessary, just come as you are and enjoy the serenity of the outdoors.
