Yoga on the farm! Sunday February 28th 8:30 A.M - 9:30 A.M
$15 donation per person
(Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, and a water bottle!)
This isn’t just any regular “Goat Yoga” this is “FARM YOGA!” You get to to enjoy this with the entire farm together!
Come start your morning off right, by relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the farm; listen to the roosters crowing, and the ducks splashing in their ponds, and the cow bellowing, as baby goats jump all around you.

Denise went to her first yoga class 25 years ago! In the beginning it was more about the physical aspect and learning a “new work out”. As she learned to make the connection with body and mind the shift happened. She realized yoga is not about imposing a form on yourself, rather it is about discovering yourself through a form.
The yoga teachings totally resonated with her and yoga became a natural lifestyle instead of an exercise program. Denise received her training at the Alanna Kaivalya yoga teacher training program in New York City. Denise has been an instructor at Cypress Woods Country Club, Garguilo Education Center and Youth Haven for the past several years.
She invites you to join her on Sunday morning at 8 AM at Alyssa’s Animal sanctuary along with beautiful rescued animals in a serene setting.
Her class is a beautiful way to start the day incorporating meditation, stretching and gentle yoga poses.
Whether you’re coming for a physical challenge, a spiritual connection, some laughs or all of the above it will be “your yoga”.
Your body is your best teacher, learn to listen to it. Your mind is your biggest distraction, learn to quiet it.
