Hey there! Join us for Yoga on the beach every Sunday morning. It's a perfect way to start your Sunday feeling refreshed and energized. Breathe in that fresh sea air, sink your toes into the sand, and stretch out with other yoga lovers. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, everyone’s welcome! Come as you are and enjoy some peaceful moments by the waves.
The first sessions of Yoga on the beach were great! It was incredible to see you finding your zen by the waves.

When: Sunday, May 3
Where: 21st Bay beach access, East Ocean View, Norfolk
Time: from 9 to 10 AM
Bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen and your good vibes!
Donations are always appreciated. Everyone is welcome. Payment can be made cash or by Venmo after the session.
The session will be reschedueled if the weather is not cooperating.
