Join Michaela, a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, for free outdoor yoga sessions at the bandstand in the heart of Leighton Buzzard. These relaxed sessions are suitable for beginners and anyone looking to enjoy mindful movement in the open air.
No experience is needed. Just bring a yoga mat or towel and arrive a few minutes early to get settled before the session begins.
