This open‑air yoga session invites you to slow down, stretch deeply, and move mindfully in a peaceful natural setting.
Guided by an experienced instructor, you’ll work through a sequence designed to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation—perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Surrounded by fresh air and open space, it’s a refreshing break from study, screens, and the everyday rush.
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready to unwind.
All levels welcome. Mats will be provided
