Join Nikki & Ash for pulsing, embodied, rhythmically rooted evening of fluid movement while weaving in waves of synergy of sound.
This flow creates space within our energy field to move us into a deep meditative state and allows energy blocks and places of contraction to be released naturally from our muscles, fascia, tissues, and more.
The addition of sound helps us move beyond the limitations of our mind, while igniting a sense of lightness, freedom, & joy within our bodies.
