The heart of this class is about becoming more self-aware, self-accepting, and self-actualized. This workshop style class will include lecture, discussion, and meditation. I will share rich ancient techniques and teachings of the Vedas to help inspire and guide you on your path to get to know yourself and the practices of yoga and Ayurveda on a deeper level. Each month will be a different theme ranging from the 8 limbs of yoga, to the science of Ayurveda, the Bhagavad Gita, and teachings of Vedic psychology, Samkhya philosophy and more. This class is for everyone and anyone looking to find more peace within and connection to yourself and others. These teachings have completely transformed my life and I cannot wait to share them with you!
