About this Event

Part 2 of this mini series ()

Nature is highly efficient, and wastes not. The culmination and interplay of resources from the Universe forged all creation with this efficiency, and it was from this investment of time and energy that created YOU. Your presence in this world is not a mistake or random chance, and the desire to merge with nature and the Universe is a process of removing the illusion of separation from our consciousness.

This practice is all-levels, beginner friendly!

In this two-part mini series, join Jasmine as she guides you through yogic concepts and meditation on the elements of creation, expanding your consciousness and reconnecting to the innate presence and merge of nature within and without.

Both sessions deal with the five elements, along with their impact on mind, body, and life.

We will:

  • Gain an understanding on how the elements work together throughout the body systems and the sense perceptions governed by these elemental energies ? ? ? ⛰
  • Learn the impact of the five elements on our state of mind and thoughts ?
  • Practice element-specific Bija Mantra facilitated meditations ??‍♀️
  • Reflection exercises will be aimed at working on emotions and our perceptions of the world ?

Please BYOP (bring your own props) and dress comfortably. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, cozy hoodies, pillows, meditation cushions, etc.
