Do you take the time for gratitude for your life, for all of the small and big gifts. The practice of gratitude is powerful.Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep healing and relaxation occur.
You are encouraged to dress in comfy clothing and invited to bring a favorite blanket and pillow. We will also provide props to create a cozy yoga nidra nest for you.
Eat a light meal prior to practice and consider bringing a journal to jot down revelatory information that surfaces.
Tea will be served after practice to give you additional time to quietly reflect after your journey.
