Join Shayla F. for this special workshop! Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that is deeply relaxing and balancing. Yoga Nidra aims to guide students to a state of blissful awareness that lies between wakefulness and sleep, where the body can find a natural state of equilibrium. This restorative, restful practice is open to all levels of yoga practitioners, but would be especially valuable to students who struggle to surrender during meditation or those who are open to exploring both the conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind. Students are welcome to bring pillows and blankets to create a cozy practice space. Cost is $10 per student, and you can sign up on the "Workshops" tab on our app or at the front desk. See you there!
