Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep” is a guided, meditative practice that allows you to enter a deep, relaxation state while remaining awake. Yoga Nidra’s numerous benefits include stress reduction, balancing the nervous system, reducing physical and emotional pain, improving sleep, and inspiring personal insight.

Simply rest comfortably in Savasana and allow the teacher's voice to guide you to a place of healing and relaxation.

No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat.

About our presenter:
Lindsey Koenig-Sterling fell in love with yoga over a decade ago as an undergraduate student and has been practicing ever since. She earned her 200- hour yoga certification from Heaven Meets Earth in 2023 and is especially interested in Yin and Yoga Nidra. Completing her teaching certification while healing from chronic pain opened her eyes to the mental and physical healing power of yoga and community. Lindsey aims to blend yoga with the mental health and meditation knowledge she gained as a former trauma therapist. Everyone needs and deserves a nurturing space to slow down, recharge, and restore - Lindsey is honored to create and hold that space for you and to be a part of your healing journey.
