About our presenter:
Lindsey Koenig-Sterling fell in love with yoga over a decade ago as an undergraduate student and has been practicing ever since. She earned her 200- hour yoga certification from Heaven Meets Earth in 2023 and is especially interested in Yin and Yoga Nidra. Completing her teaching certification while healing from chronic pain opened her eyes to the mental and physical healing power of yoga and community. Lindsey aims to blend yoga with the mental health and meditation knowledge she gained as a former trauma therapist. Everyone needs and deserves a nurturing space to slow down, recharge, and restore - Lindsey is honored to create and hold that space for you and to be a part of your healing journey.
