Join us during the Garden’s extended hours for a relaxing session of yoga nidra with Kristina Brack. This session will include winding down in a profound state of relaxation while laying down in nature to relieve tension and bring yourself back to a state of calm. This session is free with admission and does not have a group limit, but we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early in the Visitors Center to walk to the site with the instructor. Please bring your own yoga mat and any blankets or support items for laying down. Category:

You will experience laying down on the ground and must be able to get up and down of the ground on your own.
