As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided through a body scan and visualizations that invite relaxation and ease, allowing your body and mind to access a profound state of rest.
Afterward, surrender to the gentle vibrations of Sound Healing. Soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, gong and such, will create a meditative soundscape, enhancing your journey of relaxation and inner healing.
