The retreat will begin with gentle movement that will transition participants into a specific type of guided meditation called yoga nidra. Often translated as "yogic sleep", yoga nidra is a state of relaxation, where the body "sleeps", the mind remains conscious, and deep restoration and rejuvenation can take place.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.
