Yoga Nidra: Ocean Waves of Rest
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that uses a series of sequences designed to gently unwind the body and mind, culminating in a guided meditation that takes you into a deeply relaxed state, akin to the space between waking and sleeping.
We’ll be using the ocean as a backdrop for the practice, letting the rhythm of the waves help ease tension and quiet the mind. Humans naturally respond well to water, often referred to as “Blue Mind,” where the brain shifts into a more relaxed and clear state. There’s something about the ocean that helps us step out of our own thoughts and feel more connected, bringing a wider sense of perspective.
Comfort note: Mats, cushions, blankets, and eye masks are provided. Feel free to bring anything extra to level up your cosy-ness.
We’ll end the evening with an amazing plant-based dinner; all included in your ticket!
