This is a relaxation session where you will lie in a comfortable position (so remember your mat, blanket and pillow). The only movement involved is you getting into a comfortable position.
I will guide you through a deep and powerful mediation (yoga nidra also known as yogic sleep) that is aimed at healing from within.
After the meditation I will begin your journey into the cosmic vibrational universe. You will be bathed in cosmic sounds and vibrations from a range of healing instruments.
