Yoga Nidra Immersion
This two-hour immersive journey is an invitation to step out of the demands of daily life and into a deeply restorative space of rest, nervous system reset, and inner connection.
The experience begins with gentle grounding practices designed to support participants in arriving fully into their bodies and the present moment. Through mindful breath awareness and guided relaxation, participants are gradually led into Yoga Nidra — often described as “yogic sleep” — a deeply meditative state where the body rests while the mind remains softly aware. Within this state, the body is given permission to release tension, the nervous system shifts into repair and restoration, and participants are guided to connect with intention, inner wisdom, and emotional balance.
As the journey deepens, participants are immersed in a carefully curated Sound Healing experience using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic sounds, and vibrational tones. The therapeutic frequencies support energetic clearing, emotional release, and cellular relaxation, allowing the body and mind to move into deeper states of harmony and regulation.
Together, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing create a powerful synergy that supports stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional integration, and deep soul nourishment. Participants often leave feeling grounded, calm, and reconnected to themselves, carrying a sense of spaciousness and inner stillness back into their daily lives.
This offering is suitable for all experience levels and provides a safe, nurturing environment where participants are invited simply to receive, rest, and be held in sound and stillness.
Doors for this event will open at 6.45pm to allow for everyone to settle into the space. There will be no entry beyond 7.05pm and doors will locked in order to honour our sacred container.
