Ease into your week with this 7- week grounding and rejuvenating journey that blends chakra-balancing yin and restorative yoga with the deep healing of guided Yoga Nidra and Reiki energy work. Each week, we'll focus on a different chakra, using breath, visualization, and intention to support balance and harmony in your body's energy system. During the Yoga Nidra meditation, Reiki will be offered to deepen relaxation and energetic alignment. This class is perfect for all levels-no prior experience with yoga, meditation, or Reiki is needed. Just come as you are and start your week in alignment.
