our bodies to rest while we are awake. It is often said that 1-hour of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 4 hours of sleep!
The Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, kalimba, djembe, and other sound healing instruments offer an immersion in deep sound vibrations, which facilitates deep relaxation and activate our self-healing mechanism. This session intends to guide you towards relaxation and calm. Yoga Nidra combined with sound bath and healing techniques will slow your brain waves so that we can reach deep meditative or even sleep states.
