About this Event
This evening of healing combines yoga nidra - a guided medation technique also known as "yogic sleep", and sound healing to help guide you into deep relaxation. Starting with a guided yoga nidra practice, and leading into the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll be supported reconnect with your body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.
You leave this experience feeling grounded, lighter, and more at ease in body, mind, and spirit. Come and experience the magic of sound healing and yoga nidra!
No experience needed—just bring your presence and an open heart.
What To Bring:
- A yoga mat
- Cozy clothing with layers
- Water
- And anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.)
