Yoga Nidra & Metta Meditation: A Journey into Deep Rest & Loving-Kindness 💕Join me for a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra & Metta Meditation session, where rest meets heartfelt compassion. This practice begins a centering breath awareness practice to prepare your body for stillness. Then, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a systematic meditation that invites deep relaxation, helping to release tension and restore your nervous system.
From this space of ease, we’ll transition into a Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation, a practice of cultivating love, peace, and goodwill—first for yourself, then extending outward to others. This combination of restorative awareness and heart-centered meditation allows for profound healing, inner clarity, and spiritual connection.
Come as you are, no experience needed. This class is accessible to all students. Leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and deeply restored.
Pre-registration is required and this offering is limited to 15 students.
Cost is $25 per person (no refunds but class is transferable to a friend if you cannot personally make it).

Class is 60 minutes long and held at the Restorative Health/Cascade Physiotherapy sub-clinic on vedder road in Sardis.
