AlchemyFree Flow Dance Journey & Sound Bath
Alchemy Dances are safe spaces to dance freely, as you are, in all of your perfect imperfectness.
This is a dance without form, steps or choreography where you are free to surrender to the natural flow of your body. Without judgement. Feel the sweet liberation of movement as you are embraced within this safe, nurturing container. This is a dance with your soul where you’re safe to be messy, to allow your body to tell a story, to feel, to remember, to let go and allow the medicine of music to release you from your mind and into your essence!
Be strange, be wild, be joyful, be still, be awkward, just BE.
The small group setting helps us feel more connected to those sharing the space, allowing us to feel more comfortable and at ease, to dance freely, and just be.
Alchemy Free Flow begins with a gentle guided warm up and trusts your intuition to take you from there to wherever you need to go on your journey.
We’ll close with a sound bath and short sharing circle.
What to bring:
- Dress in layers, comfortably
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat
- There are blankets and pillows that can be used for the sound bath, but feel free to bring whatever you need to be comfortable.

We are honoured to be guests on this land - the Ts'elxwéyeqw Territory, the ancestral home of the Stó:lō Coast Salish peoples. We strive to move forward in a good way, and always show our respect to those who took care of this land before us.
