Welcome to our Yoga Nidra + Cacao Ceremony event!

Join us at Souly Holistic for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. Please join us for a heart opening Cacao Ceremony facilitated by Angie Donohue followed by a beautifully guided Yoga Nidra meditation facilitated by Brittany Gayle owner of Mobile Mindfulness LLC. (www.brittanygayle.com)

The Spirit of Cacao is a sweet energy that allows for heart opening reflections. It will allow for a deeper level of relaxation as we are guided by Brittany's soothing voice into the deep healing state through the practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often referred to as yogic sleep. It involves lying down comfortably and remaining still as the participants are verbally and energetically led through a series of relaxation techniques. This practice assists in entering a deep state of relaxation and conscious awareness, allowing participants to release stress and rejuvenate both mind and body. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone, even if you’ve never practiced yoga before.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

* Maximum number of meditators is 15

* Energy Exchange is $35 per person

* Advanced registration and payment are required by Thursday, November 7th

* Your advanced payment will hold your spot - unable to take walk-ins

* Mats will be provided. Please bring a pillow, blanket and anything else that might make you more comfortable while lying on the floor.

* Along with your favorite mug, please bring a water bottle.

- Cacao works best on an empty stomach. Please refrain from eating 4 hours before

- Please refrain from caffeine the day of ceremony
