Immerse yourself in a meditative sound bath experience featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums.The workshop will commence with a 15-minute session of yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep) to help your body relax. Diverse sounds and vibrations will be used, making it an ideal way to harmonize your energy in preparation for the fall season.
Open to participants of all levels. This class will not include any yoga or movement. Dress in comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster.
