Yoga Nidra: a Garden of Calm
An evening of deep rest and gentle renewal — followed by a nourishing plant-based dinner.
This guided Yoga Nidra session invites you to slow down and settle the body, mind, and breath. Through grounding awareness practices and serene visualizations, you’ll be guided into a state of profound rest, where the nervous system can unwind and reset.
The practice will follow a garden theme, inviting you to visualize planting seeds of peace, health, and intention. As you rest, these seeds can be gently nurtured — offering space for inner growth and the possibility of flourishing in your own time.
The space will reflect this theme with soft greenery, natural scents, and a soundscape inspired by the outdoors — all designed to evoke stillness and ease. Comforts are provided — mats and blankets — though you’re welcome to bring anything personal that helps you feel completely relaxed.
Whether you’re feeling depleted, overstimulated, or simply in need of a pause, this is an opportunity to tend to your inner garden and replenish from within.

Meet Karuna, your host
Trained as a primary school teacher, she also has a background in psychology and Spanish. But her heart is in connecting with others, and she always brings a lively and warm energy to the space.
