Yoga Nidra is also called as yogic sleep - it is a state of consciousness between waking and deep sleeping. Learn how to slow down in mind and body, and let the body heal at cellular level.

In this deep state of relaxation, it is a dreamless state when the body starts healing and releasing toxins from cellular level, refreshing the mind and eliminating emotional baggage.

Yoga Nidra is a subtle, yet very powerful practice that can help you deal with everyday stress and triggers. It is also said that 1 hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
