In this deep state of relaxation, it is a dreamless state when the body starts healing and releasing toxins from cellular level, refreshing the mind and eliminating emotional baggage.
Yoga Nidra is a subtle, yet very powerful practice that can help you deal with everyday stress and triggers. It is also said that 1 hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
