Yoga Nidra is a guided, deep relaxation that involves lying down, so no Yoga experience necessary.Yoga nidra can help with burnout, stress, anxiety, and our body’s need for rest. Just 45 minutes will take you to a blissful state of relaxation and allow you to feel as though you’ve had hours of deep sleep.
The evening will begin with a settling in process and an introduction to Yoga Nidra, we then have 30-40 mins of guided relaxation with Nicky, where you are invited to be as cosy as possible.
There is then a gentle waking up process which may take up to 15mins until you feel ready to make your way home.
Please wear warm clothes, bring quilt/blanket/sleeping bag and 1 pillow, 1 bolster or 2 pillows. You may get quite cool as the body drops into deep relaxation.
