I’m excited to let you know that this October we’ll be hosting an exceptional training opportunity at our familiar Change Working training offices in Northallerton.Emotional Attunement Through Music Therapy is a 12-hour CPD-accredited course led by the experienced Shazia Sarwar Azim. This innovative, practical training is ideal for mental health practitioners, well-being professionals, coaches, and therapists working with adults who feel stuck in limiting patterns, unhelpful beliefs, or persistent emotional challenges.
Over two immersive days, you will learn how to:
🎵 Harness the power of music to connect with the unconscious mind
🎵 Analyse song lyrics and song videos to uncover deeper metaphors and hidden messages
🎵 Help clients explore new, healthier ways of responding to difficulties
🎵 Support emotional release and resilience by reframing patterns through creative reflection
🎵 Inspire change through meaningful discussion of music themes and imagery

Practitioner certification is available after submitting 3 short case studies.
