Join Tammy and Sam for a morning of yoga, nature and soup!
We'll start the morning with a yoga session to stretch and unwind, before heading out to the beautiful Sussex countryside to celebrate the spring at the beautiful Waterhall Rewilding site.
We will return to the clubhouse for a restorative breathwork and movement session, a tasty, wholesome homemade soup.
Everyone is welcome!
