60 minutes of mindful movement that brings awareness into your body, consciousness to your breath, & builds strength & flexibility.About this Event
All levels are welcome including beginners. The small class size provides a welcoming environment for you to ask questions & for help. Props are provided & taught as a normal part of class.
Each class begins with a gentle warm up, movement that focuses on mind/muscle connection, proper form, & linking movement to breath. Every class ends with an opportunity for meditation & Savasana.
